When will I receive my account credentials?

Depending on your selected payment method, your account credentials are typically delivered via email within minutes after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take a few hours due to payment verification or network delays.

Once received, you'll have immediate access to both your trading platform and your Fundex Plus Dashboard, allowing you to begin your evaluation right away.
