What is a breach?

Written by Fundex Plus

A breach occurs when a trader, whether during the evaluation phase or while managing a funded account, violates one or more of Fundex Plus's trading rules, policies, or Terms of Service.

When a breach occurs, the affected account is considered failed and permanently closed, resulting in the loss of access to that specific account.

Breaches may include, but are not limited to:

  • Exceeding the Maximum Drawdown limit

  • Exceeding the Daily Drawdown limit

  • Violating restricted trading practices

  • Engaging in prohibited trading behavior

  • Breaching any rule outlined in the program guidelines or Terms of Service

Maintaining discipline and strictly following all Fundex Plus rules is essential to successfully complete your evaluation and maintain your funded trader status.

We strongly recommend reviewing all program rules before trading to ensure full compliance and avoid unnecessary account breaches.
