Using VPNs or VPSs on Fundex Plus Accounts
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, only the registered account owner is authorized to access and operate a Fundex Plus account.
Sharing account credentials or allowing multiple individuals to access the same account is strictly prohibited.
While the use of VPNs or VPSs is not expressly prohibited, traders must ensure that their usage does not conflict with any Fundex Plus policies. This includes maintaining full control over the account and avoiding any activity that may resemble account sharing, unauthorized access, or prohibited automation.
For accurate tracking, compliance monitoring, and account security, Fundex Plus strongly discourages the use of VPNs and VPSs when accessing trading accounts.
These services may interfere with our monitoring systems and could trigger compliance reviews if account activity appears inconsistent with normal individual trading behavior.
Please note that VPN and VPS usage is often associated with multi-user account access, which is strictly prohibited under Fundex Plus rules.
VPN/VPS Use During KYC and AML Verification
To maintain platform security and comply with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, all verification procedures should be completed using a direct internet connection.
During the verification process, traders should avoid using VPNs, VPSs, proxy services, or any other tools that conceal their true location or identity.
Using a masked or anonymous connection during verification may result in:
Delays in the verification process
Rejection of submitted verification documents
Temporary account suspension
Restrictions on funded account eligibility
Additional compliance reviews
If suspicious activity is detected during the verification process, VPN or VPS usage may be considered a significant risk factor and could result in account restrictions.
