At Fundex Plus, maintaining a fair, transparent, and professional trading environment is one of our highest priorities.
Any trading style, strategy, or activity that is considered deceptive, exploitative, unrealistic, or designed to manipulate evaluation conditions is strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate violation of our Terms of Service.
Traders are expected to manage both evaluation and funded accounts with the same discipline and professionalism they would apply when trading their own live capital.
Any attempt to exploit simulated environments, platform inefficiencies, pricing errors, execution delays, or system limitations may result in account termination.
š« Examples of Prohibited Trading Practices
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Exploiting platform freezes, execution errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage.
Trading using delayed data feeds or delayed chart information.
High-frequency trading (HFT) or ultra-short-term tick scalping strategies.
Arbitrage trading, including latency arbitrage and reverse arbitrage.
Hedging arbitrage or the use of emulators designed to mirror positions across accounts.
Artificially accumulating large positions within short periods without a legitimate market-based rationale.
Directional betting or speculative gambling behavior without a structured trading methodology or risk management framework.
Coordinated trading between multiple traders or accounts.
Any strategy intended to generate risk-free or artificially low-risk profits.
Important Notice
All traders are required to use realistic and professional trading strategies that reflect genuine market participation.
Fundex Plus reserves the right to review any trading activity that appears inconsistent with the spirit of our evaluation programs or funded account objectives.
Violations of these rules may result in:
Immediate account termination
Cancellation of profits and pending payouts
Disqualification from active evaluations
Permanent suspension from Fundex Plus programs
